FREE Mental Health Services
The Mobile Health Care Clinic
under the University of Tennessee, Knoxville will travel to five counties one day a week to provide telehealth services to patients in need
Services will be provided as a part of the UT College of Nursing UP & UP Program
The 5 counties being served by this initiative are:
Hamblen, Monroe, McMinn, Morgan, and Sevier
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners will expand access to quality mental health care services to socially vulnerable community residents and minorities through nurse-led mobile health telemedicine
The Underrepresented Providers & Underrepresented Populations (UP & UP) Program:
- Will accept walk-ins although scheduled appointments are preferred
- Will provide services for both insured as well as UNINSURED patients
- Will allow patients to connect either at home or via the mobile health care clinic
